GARP Research & Securities Co. and its affiliates are: GARP Research & Securities Co., Weedflower^sm, Inc., and GARP Capital, LLC.

GARP Research & Securities Co. is a broker-dealer and a member of the FINRA and SIPC. This affiliate commenced operation as an FINRA member firm in 2003. GARP Research & Securities Co.’s core business is equity research for institutional clients. GARP and affiliates do not conduct corporate finance activities for the companies we cover.

Weedflower^sm, Inc. manages money in separate accounts with $1 million minimum. One of these accounts is the Gaineswood Fund, LP. Weedflower^sm is an investment advisor registered under the jurisdiction of the state of Maryland. The company was founded in 1995.

GARP Capital, LLC is the general partner for the Gaineswood Fund, LP. The Gaineswood Fund, LP was started in 2000 (originally named The GARP Fund LP and later the Weedflower^sm Fund).
